Delete your StageOn account

The fastest way is inside the app: Settings → Cloud Backup → Delete Account. That removes everything immediately, without waiting for us. Use the form below if you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in account and the email address attached to it.
• Your cloud backup, including every song and setlist stored in it.
• Your registered devices and your backup usage counters.
• The lookup record that let other users find you by email address for sharing.

What is not deleted

• The songs and setlists on your own device. Those are yours and stay where they are, so you can keep using StageOn without an account. Deleting the app removes them.
• Setlists you shared with other people remain on their devices, in the same way a file you sent them would.
• Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that are not linked to your account.

How long it takes

In-app deletion is immediate. A request sent through this page is completed within 30 days, and usually much sooner. We will confirm by email when it is done.

Request deletion

So that nobody can delete somebody else's account, your request has to come from the email address the account uses. Submitting this form opens your email app with everything filled in.
